I am a final year veterinary medicine student taking part in the 100 Minds 2019 programme. In order to raise my target €1,000 I have organised a bottomless brunch and an auction.

The bottomless brunch (23/11/19) was kindly supported by Innocent Ireland, Glenisk, Irish Yogurt Ltd, OffBeat Donuts, Butler’s Organic Eggs, McNally’s Family Farm, Malone’s Fruit Farm, Mark’s and Spencer Dundrum and Dunnes Stores Leopardstown. Tickets were sold at €35 each and 30 people attended, raising a total of €1,050.

The auction included vouchers for restaurants (The Counter, Kerb, Urbun, Tribecca), salons (Blow and Oslo Beauty), Food and drink hampers (Irish Yogurt, Drink Botanicals Ireland, Wine and chocolate sets.) Other miscellaneous items included a Nivea hamper and a Gym + Coffee beanie. This so far has raised a total of €295.
