Hello and welcome to my fundraising page! My name is Sam and I am currently a Second Year Law & Spanish student in DCU. This year I am taking part in 100minds in order to raise as many donations as possible for Temple Street Children's University Hospital.
100minds is a social enterprise project founded in 2013, with the main goal of making a difference for sick children in Ireland. Each year, 100minds challenges 100 of Ireland's top college students to come together for 100 days and use their skills to collectively raise €100,000. As 100minds enters it's 6th year, the project has raised over €1.2 million for Irish Children’s Charities.
This year, all funds raised by 100minds will go towards the support and re-development of St. Philomena's Ward. Your donation will provide full patient disabled access and patients transfer by way of construction of a new link corridor, as well as eight newly developed isolation rooms. These rooms will provide better facilities to treat vulnerable patients requiring isolation and also enable parents to stay with their little ones through what can be a very worrying and anxious time for the patient.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. Any contribution large or small is both greatly welcomed and appreciated and will help make a huge difference to the children, their family and Temple Street Children's Hospital.
