DCU Business Studies Student currently on an internship in Norbrook Laboratories as a Customer Account Executive.
Areas of interest include; Financial Services and Marketing.
The reason why I've decided to participate in 100Minds is mainly due to the draw of supporting a brilliant cause that we are here to support which leads to increased aid to not only patients of Temple Street Children's Hospital but also to increase the family support structures that are in place in the hospital.
What I'd like to get out of the experience is obviously first and foremost to meet my target of €1000 raised over the 100 days but also to meet like-minded individuals who are also participating as well as to increase skills such as communication and project management.
I plan to integrate sport and fun into my fundraising attempts as best I can as sport is a passion of mine that I wish to share with the community. I have so far planned a sports prediction quiz as a help in reaching my target as well as the plan to introduce a GAA jersey day into local schools and my place of work.
All donations are welcome in any shape or size (albeit preferably online cash) and every little helps especially when dealing with such a great cause!
