Hello! My name is Niall O Shea, and I am from Listry in County Kerry. Currently I am in my first year of studying for a BA in Global Business with Spanish in DCU.
The minute I heard of the 100minds programme I knew it was something that I would like to get involved in, it is a captivating initiative that brings the brightest, young Irish minds together to help raise money for Temple Street Children’s Hospital. Every student has a goal of €1000 to raise. IN order to raise my €1000 i will be organising events in both Kerry and in DCU so stay tuned!
I believe raising this amount of money would be a phenomenal achievement, so I would welcome any donation (big or small). You can donate using your card on this website or I will also be collecting cash in person before the deadline. Also I am open to suggestions if anyone has any fundraising ideas.
Temple Street Children’s hospital is truly a great cause. I am sure that the effects of the money that we raise with 100minds will be felt for many years to come. (click the ‘impact’ tab of this website to find out more) This money will be used to build a new satellite classroom in the St.Gabriel's Ward in the hospital. Feel free to contact me on email: firstname.lastname@example.org or on Facebook if you have any questions or ideas!
