Hi everyone and welcome to my 100 minds profile!
My name is Jack and I’m a second year Commerce student in NUIG.
I am delighted to say that I have been selected to be a part of the 100 minds fundraiser this year. 100minds is a social enterprise founded in 2013, that brings together some of Ireland’s top college students and connects them with one cause to achieve big goals in a short space of time.
This year, 100minds has partnered with Temple Street Children's Hospital and I will be challenging myself to raise €1000 over the next few months. The money that we raise will be helping improve the educational facilities on site for the sick children. It will fund the new satellite classroom for St. Gabriel's Ward. I am currently in the middle of brainstorming some ideas and I'm welcome to all ideas you guys have too.
If you would like to see how much of an impact the money you donate makes to Temple Street Children's Hospital, have a look at the following video from the 100minds project back in 2013: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eGNVXLxrvj4
Donating couldn't be easier - by clicking 'Donate Now' on the top right hand corner of the screen - your money goes directly to the Temple Street 100minds fund. I will be organising a number of fundraising events in the next few months to raise this money and every donation no matter how big or small will be greatly appreciated. If there are any issues, please feel free to contact me as offline donations are accepted as well, my LinkedIn can be found on this page.
Thanks for visiting my profile and of course any donation is greatly appreciated.

On the 27th and 28th of January, I organised a bag packing event in Cosgrove's Centra Maugheraboy. Thanks to Des and Martha Cosgrove for allowing me to hold my event in the shop, and to all the staff who helped me over the weekend. Big thanks to all my family and friends who also helped over the weekend. Customers were extremely generous with donations, and the event raised over €2,300.
