Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. My name is Lisa and I’m currently pursuing a Masters in Electronic Commerce at Dublin City University.
I am delighted to be taking part in this year’s 100 minds campaign and hopefully with your help I will reach my target of raising over €1,000 for Childline by April 2016! Watch this space to keep up to date on events I’ll be holding throughout the year and how to get your hands on luxury prizes that you won’t be recycling to your Kris Kindle pick…
Did you know that in 2014 Childline launched an emergency appeal for funding and almost had to close their night service that caters for 45,000 calls annually? 21% of calls answered between January and September accounted for abuse, personal welfare and mental health. We may not be able to change the facts but we can help make sure the support is there for those who are brave enough to reach out. 100 minds is a social enterprise uniting students together to work towards raising a target of €1,000,000 for ISPCC Childline. 100% of all donations made will be going directly to Childline, supporting staff training , 100,000 phone calls for children in need ,IT support systems and a difference to society today!
Donations can be made prior to events I will be organizing or you can donate via the green 'DONATE NOW' button. Any donation whether little or large will bring me one step closer to achieving my goal, so thank you in advance to everyone who has read this far and more importantly for your support.

Posted: almost 6 years ago
Thank you to all members of the MLTCC who braved the rain to raise funds for a much needed cause in Malahide Lawn Tennis Club this morning.
Following the tournament players were welcomed with Java Republic coffee & tea to warm everyone up in time for Prize giving. Piping hot scones kindly donated by Lidl were awaiting alongside fresh Avonmore cream & Protein milk as well as an assortment of delicious cakes donated by Donnybrook Fair. From a live auction, to spot prizes & over 19 raffle winners the morning was a huge success.
Massive thank you to all who helped or got involved, collectively we raised just over €1,000 exceeding our target!
