Hello!

Thank you for visiting my 100Minds blog, you are now a step closer towards helping us raise €1,000,000 for ChildLine.

ChildLine provides a telephone, text and online chat service for children in Ireland who need somebody to talk to. They are available 24/7 and aim to listen, support and protect young children that reach out for help. In 2014 they launched an emergency appeal for funding, and almost had to close their night service. The money fundraised through 100Minds will be able provide training for staff, ensure the service will be protected for the future and provide 100,000 phone calls for children in need. ChildLine is a vital organization for the country and these children are the future and need to be protected and feel safe. I am partaking in the 100minds challenge this year with an aim of raising €1,000 myself and over a million euro altogether with the 100minds team for such a wonderful cause. Myself along with my two classmates from the Marketing Development Programme in the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Catherine Shalloe and Stephanie Lowry, plan on raising over €3,000 together.

Keep up to date with all our plans for fun and exciting events we will have coming up. We have loads of great ideas and we can't wait to start planning and running them, whilst raising money for ChildLine. We hope you will all partake in the events with us.
