So clearly organising events is not one of my strongest qualities but with some time off from college this week, I have decided to give it a go again. Where do I begin! Today I spent my time on an exercise bike in the local post office in Ardee, Pedalling for Pennies. Although my little legs feel like I have cycled from Waterford to Louth, it was definitely worth it! After seven long hours, a total of four hundred and fifty one euro and fifty three cent was raised! I am beyond thankful to everyone who made today a success and to all those who donated. It is more than appreciated as I come closer and closer to my target. For those who don't know me, I can be an emotional person. Today I really was overwhelmed by everyone's support especially to the one person who never left my side. It's true what they say "Like Mother, Like Daughter" and I hope I will continue to follow in her footsteps. Today would not of happened without my Mam's help along with Micheal Farrelly and Gary McKenny. 25 more days to go!

The end is near but I am glad to say I have reached my target! Being a part of 100 minds has been an amazing experience for me. I have been provided with many opportunities to develop skills and learn not only about the working world but about what sort of person I am. Throughout my time with 100 minds, I began to lose the belief I had in myself. I pushed myself to reach a target that seemed so far away. I then decided no matter what, my work would still make a difference. I am now more than happy to say I have made that difference and raised €1,022 for Childline. I really appreciate everyone's support and donations. When we believe in ourselves we can make anything happen!
