I'm Dan and I'm a recent Business graduate from Trinity College Dublin. Currently on a year out before starting in PwC, and wanting to push myself to start doing a lot more philanthropically, I decided to take the opportunity to get involved with 100minds after regrettably missing out on last years campaign.
With the purpose, direction and network of like-minded individuals, along with the independence to lead and freedom to be creative in reaching the target contribution, 100minds provides a great platform for a young person in my position, and the best start to the philanthropic work I hope to continue throughout my life.
Of course what is most important is what we can do for others through 100minds. 100minds exists for a great cause in keeping ChildLine alive and our contributions have a real impact in making that a reality and ensuring the children of Ireland are heard when they need it the most.
On March 11th I will be hosting an exhibition of Aaron Smyth, Kally Stefanazzi and Geraldine O’Sullivans work in South Studios, Dublin, alongside fellow participant Sarah Long. The event will also serve as a mixer and chance to network and will kick off at 7p.m.
