Hi guys, welcome to my 100 minds profile page, here you will learn a little bit about me, 100 minds, Childline and you will also be able to follow my journey!

My name is Ciara Condon and I am currently in my second year in DCU studying business. I am honoured to be part of the 100 minds who this year have chosen to raise vital funds for Childline. 100minds is a social enterprise founded in 2013, that brings together some of Ireland’s top college students and connects them with one cause to achieve big goals in a short space of time.

I am aiming to raise €1,000 and collectively we aim to raise an amazing €1,000,000 for Childline who are in dire need of funding. I will achieve this by holding an event/events that I will keep you all updated on in the updates section! Childline is a charity that we are all familiar with, it provides an essential 24 hour confidential listening service for children. Unfortunately this service that is currently at risk due to extreme funding pressures. Last year, Childline was under threat of closing its night time service which forced them to launch an emergency appeal. The money raised by 100 minds will ensure that this will no longer be a problem and that the service will remain open long term.
