Hi there, my name is Michael and I'm from County Tipperary. I'm a law student at UCC.
I have always been involved in fundraising since Secondary School. I raised up to 700 Euro for the Irish Wheelchair Association in the past. I chose this charity as friends of mine have used and continue to use the services of the association.
At UCC, I am involved in our local radio station 98.3FM. Last year, I was involved in raising in excess of 2000 Euro with the radio station for Cork Penny Dinners where I also volunteer. Cork Penny Dinners is a privately funded charity that provide meals to homeless men and women in Cork City.
Despite any past fundraising projects, the 100 Minds project for ISPCC Childline will be the most challenging I have done and I am delighted to be involved.
Thanks,
Michael.
