What an incredible journey these past few months have been. 100minds has been such a rewarding experience, allowing me to exceed my goal by fundraising €3,727.

I want to thank my mentor, Cara,and the many friends and family for supporting me. It has definitely opened my mind to accepting challenges and inspired me to get involved with future fundraising events.

To all you future 100minds applicants embrace the venture, stay focused and remember it's the charities that will reap the benefits!

Firstly a big thank you to everyone for the very generous donations so far.

Myself and Clara Melly, another 100minds participant have come up with the idea of hosting a Pop Up Restaurant with previous Master Chef Contestants preparing and cooking all the food.

We have located a great venue for two evenings offering the ultimate dining experience.

Wonderful ambiance with plenty of exciting raffle prizes to be won on each evening.

We are enthusiastically working to make both evenings memorable, and above all profitable fundraisers for Barnardos and Blossom Ireland.

Fantastic two nights held at our pop up MasterChef Restaurant.

120 guests attended, where they experienced great ambiance, fine dining by the MasterChef chefs, wonderful entertainment provided by Issac Butler making it a truly memorable event.

Host of fantastic raffle prizes were won, ranging from Powerscourt Hotel, Druids Glen Hotel, Avoca Cosmetic Clinic, Stella and Dot, Crossfit 353 and many more.

A big thank you to everyone who came and supported the event in aid of Barnardos and Blossom Ireland. Clara and I were overwhelmed by your generosity!
