Hey guys, welcome to my 100 minds profile!! So I just want to familiarise you with things if you aren't already aware. Firstly, 100 minds is a fundraising organisation whereby 100 prospective students in the country attempt to raise €1,000 (at least) for the selected charities. This year the charities chosen by 100 minds are Barnardos and Blossom Ireland - 2 well respective children's charities, extremely deserving of such funds. The unique element of 100 minds is that 100% of funds raised go directly to the charities. The goal this year is to raise in fact €150,000. Secondly, a little about myself. I'm a 19-year-old UL, Law student from Limerick city. I am undoubtedly relishing the opportunity to enhance my interpersonal and organisational skills and raise well-needed money in the process. I hope that you all will support me through the process. Through my profile, you will be able to follow my fundraising efforts and financial statuses as well as updates on events that I will be running in order to raise funds. Hey guys, Just a quick update on my progress for you all. With the help of Broadford Spinning, €250 was raised by doing a sponsored spin class last weekend. I will soon be able to add it to my total. Thanks a million to everybody who took part, especially Kevin Heffernan - the owner of Broadford Spinning - who was the mastermind behind it! Onwards and upwards from here, thanks to everyone for their support. I will keep you updated as I am in the process of sorting a fundraising event night which will hopefully be a certainty soon. So just a quick update, I have added the money raised from the spin cycle which really puts my progress into perspective. delighted with the start I've made and a massive thank you to Kevin Heffernan for organising the cycle! I have officially booked a race night on January 30th and will have brilliant prizes n the night. also, I have JP Dillon from Limericks Live 95fm hosting the night so its sure to be a good one! It will be held in Russell's Bar Dooradoyle and I will let ye know when the tickets will be on sale! That's all for now folks, stay tuned!!

Finally decided on a template and design for my advertising for the race night. Posters have been printed and tickets are in progress. Still moving forward, getting closer and closer to the January 30th event date and the pressure is ramping up. Finally, I have set up my Facebook event page at;

What a weekend!! The race night was an unbelievable success! I'd like to thank every single person for coming on the night, buying raffle tickets and those sponsoring the programme and amazing spot prizes! It was an unreal turn out, with local newspapers, radio stations and irish tv reporting on the night! I know this money is going to fantastic causes and those who came to my event were more than willing to spend their hard earned wages on such amazing charities!
