As a former patient of Temple Street, I've never passed a box fundraising by without giving any loose change I might have in my pocket. Now that I have gained experience with events and sponsorship through my involvement in college societies (Law Soc and Horse Racing Soc) and college charities, (VDP, Amnesty) I think it's high time I give a bit more than just loose change. I think 100 minds is a fantastic initiative and one that will truly showcase the wealth of talent and creativity amongst young people, not forgetting their inherent kindness/ for want of a better word -'soundness' .I'm delighted to be involved in such a project as I feel I can learn a great deal about how best to develop myself and hopefully inspire others to do the same. I'm up for the challenge and cant wait to get started.

For my 100minds project I've decided to organise a Christmas family fun day out at the National Aquatic Centre where I work part-time as a lifeguard. Finne the Frog, the centre mascot will be hosting his very own Christmas party at the AquaZone with Zoorb Balls, Santa's Grotto, Christmas Caroling, Mince-Pies, Christmas decoration making and much more.

The National Aquatic Centre have given me the keys to the AquaZone for the day so for half the price of normal entry, a special bus to and from O'Connell street and with all profits going to Temple Street Children's Hospital, its a day of festive fun for all ages and one not to be missed.
