For my fundraiser I decided to run a tapas night for friends and family. The night consisted of great food, great music and a wonderful atmosphere!

I was genuinely overwhelmed by people's generosity, the night was a wonderful success and exceeded the €1000 I was hoping for.

The experience taught me a great deal about event planning and management, however, what I found most beneficial was the feedback and comments from guests. People were genuinely disgusted that a children's hospital needed to fundraise for vital equipment and that it did not have enough government funding. Mostly I learned that people are always happy to help worthy causes.

I'm extremely grateful to have be afforded the opportunity to help such a wonderful cause as Temple Street and look forward to continuing to do so in the future.
